'Legal Age' in different countries
I found this very interesting:
In the U.S. eveything below <B>eighteen</B> is considered as CP. http://www.child-law-watch.net/defin...rn-18-2256.htm I Germany and Austria (and I guess in most other European countries) the girl has to be under <B>fourteen</B>. http://www.netlaw.de/newsletter/news0004/kinder.htm |
That might be interesting if I could read German.

i think its weird that you can fuck a girl under 18 but you cant take nude pictures. and for anyone to make any accusations... i am against cp 100%

The German version is almost like the american version regarding CP. With just the 4 year difference 14 in Germany, 18 in the USA.
They also tell you how to turn the real CP sites into the police and advice you that after you turned them in to clean out your harddrive and cookies so you don't get in trouble. The Germans also say that if you get something in your email regarding CP by accident you "should" be ok but still clean your harddrive. I am German, at age 16 I worked in a brothel (as a door girl) at age 17 I worked in a Strip Club. I knew a lot of girls who "worked" at 16 for some extra income. So yeah! Different countries,, different moral values, different politics.. In Russia they don't have a law regarding CP. Geez! Added! In other countries girls as young as 12 are being sold for prostitution. Other by age 11 have their clit removed, most of the time even being wide awake, because women shall not feel pleasure. In other countries girls are being married off to some 50+ year old guy just for the dowry. |

This affects all EU countries. If I find the link I'll post it. |

No, not "everything below 18 is considered as CP." Only stuff meeting this definition:
"(A) the production of such visual depiction involves the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct; (B) such visual depiction is, or appears to be, of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct; " So, a tasteful nude of a child (e.g., a cherub on a cathedral ceiling, or the famous Coppertone bare butt girl ad, or a David Hamilton photo, or a simple figure study) is not CP, because of the lack of "sexually explicit conduct." This is why the non-nude teen sites get by. Unfortunately, a lot of those sites appeal to the wrong crowd. As usual, when you believe in the First Amendment and freedom of speech and expression, you have to tolerate speech and expression you don't like. The alternative is to give the government permission to trample on rights you cherish. It's always been that way. It's why we permit the American Nazi Party and The KKK to march and hold rallies. Without the assurance that anyone can exert those rights, we can't be sure that the Libertarians, the Sierra Club, and even the Democrats and Republicans are assured the right to exist and practice. |
