How long should a tour be?

Anyone here seen a decline or increase in sales based on adding or taking away a tour page?

Gee, I wish there were a formula, but how much selling to do has always had more to do with the product and the customer than with any pat formula.

Do you have a product that is hard to sell? Sell hard and long. Do you have a problem that sells itself, ask for the sale and move on to the next customer. It's worked for sales since Day One and it still works today.
