I noticed throughout the years that many domains have been sold on GFY.com, so i was wondering what is the most you paid for a domain name?

I just bought a domain for 4k, which is the most i've paid so far, but i REALLY wanted the domain :winkwink:

I'm not big on spending money on domain names, a name is only a small piece of the brand and can be compensated for in other ways if you don't have the perfect domain name. I've never paid more then registrar pricing (Which mind you used to be $70 back in the day).

We've bought only a couple of pre-owned domain names in a very low price range (10 bucks) other than that, only register fees - which the highest turned out to be 35 for a country code domain.

I've never paid more than $10 for a domain. Never will either.

I too have paid $70 for some domains back in but I'm in the black around $75,000.00 over the years compared to what I purchased them for. Now I only pay $7.45 per domain :)

$30 perhaps. I do remember losing my domain somehow because of GoDaddy and now a couple of years later BuyDomains is selling it for $2.500+. That was one of my favorite projects... fuckers.
