the photo is a fake.... there is no way you get any body part of the baby to show that clearly defined on a pregnant woman's belly. The video is however real. In the later stage of pregnancy the baby has usually taken all available room so when it moves around it becomes far easier to see the movements. I know this from my own personal experience (3 kids) :upsidedow
