I have couple chicken breasts in the freezer. Anyone have any good recipes??

In my opinion the best online source for recipes is gourmet.com .... it has the archives of Gourmet and Bon Appetit magazines and other people rate the recipes so you know if it sucks or not!

My ex gf's chicken recipe:

Cut into strips. Marinate them in a coconut milk and slight curry mix. Pat dry. Grill to tender perfection. Prepare some peanuts, throw in some of the set aside coconut milk and curry mix, throw a little fish sauce. Voila.... Chicken satay strips.
