Best talent agencies?
 

I'm looking for agencies to book new talent, and I wondered who you guys think the best/worst is? Is there any agency that always comes through for you? Any that you'd never book from again?

LA Direct is number 1 in my book. Derek does not suffer flakey models or no-shows so his models are always on time and ready to shoot . At least thats my experience here in San Diego.
Ive contacted other agency's who are too lazy to get the model on the train or too stupid to reply to e-mails ( I have a list :321GFY:321GFY:321GFY which will be published soon !!! )

I've used Gold Star and Fox modeling who are both great to deal with, professional and know how to e-mail and phone :thumbsup:thumbsup

Our girls are even more reliable them LA Direct's models. Plus, they are drug tested!

My favorite agency right now is It Models. They have some gorgeous girls, and are professional and easy to work with. As much as I love Mark Spiegler, he won't let his girls do cream pies, which cuts out a good portion of our bookings.

I won't let them do ANAL creampies. Whether or not they do vaginal creampies is up to the individual models.

We shot have over 60 scenes over the last month, so I am pretty qualified to write about this.

I have to give big props to Joel the owner of www.goldstarmodeling.com.

We use his agency on a regular basis and are very very happy with them.

His models show up on time, if there is a cancellation he always has a replacement ready before our call time, and he goes out of his way to follow up and make sure everything went as planned.

I've heard good things about them, but they've dropped the ball too many times in trying to get things rolling. I've given all my info to too many of their reps, and had them lose it to feel comfortable doing it again, particularly given the limited number of models they have in Vegas and the fact that I'd be flying most of them out and so if a model did flake, I couldn't replace them on the fly.
I do appreciate the input though.

This is true, your girls are almost always make it to the set and are also on time but LA Direct has many more girls to deal with :2 cents:

I talked to Kevin the other day at Type 9 he's a great guy ( pity he's not a Brit :Oh crap ) Both LA Direct and Type 9 have a professional approach to supplying talent. A few others are, shall we say not so professional !!!!

You had a solid rep and great girls, but every-time me or my friends called you, every girl is booked out a month in advance or not available. I forgot all about you.lol

I shoot 25 to 40 girls a month and i hate spending 4 hours booking up 10 days.

I use La Direct, Gold Star, Type9, Shy Love and a few Suit case pimps that always have new unseen girls at good rates.

When its GGG, multiples or very important and has to get done due to deadlines its gonna be La Direct and Type9. :2 cents:

deal with sam or hee at goldstar, never have any real problems with either of them. have maybe 2-3 problems in the 3+ years I've been dealing with them. joel sorts probs out real fast as well.

chris and danny over at foxxx are great. been working with chris since he started his agency

love working with spiegler. been knowing him for 7 years or so, never any problems

lisa ann and shy are pretty good too. done a few things with alist as well. even had a good experience with type9.

I deal with some smaller agencies as well, skooby at freshtalent and roxy at metro, and a few others that are not known at all really :)

At Spieglergirls we try to keep a roster of between 20 - 25 models. We aim for quality over quantity for the sake of the companies hiring the girls from us. We could easily increase the number, but choose not to do so (we turn down between 5 - 10 girls a week).

You also need to add hight, weight and age. It makes for less phone calls.

I remember when you drug tested Taryn Thomas before we took her to the Howard Stern show. You did good for her and others with the drug testing thing.:thumbsup

We have been dealing for years with flying girls out to BRAZZERS in Las Vegas, KINK in San Francisco & BANG BROTHERS in Florida and NOT EVEN ONE TIME did a Spieglergirl fail to arrive to do the job! NOT ONCE! Check around.

I think that someone recommended you to me once before, because of Roxy Deville. I'd been interested in booking her, but had old information, and ended up booking someone else (got your info a bit too late). I'll be setting up bookings for the next month over the next week and I'll be in touch.

I may have forgotten about Spiegler but he is very strait up about what he says, and nobody can say anything bad about him and his girls.

I'm new here so, please, go easy on me. I'll admit right up front that I'm kinda old fashioned and that I don't know how to ICQ or IM. Plus, I type slower than shit.

On the plus side, however, I NEVER turn my phone off and I always answer 24/7. If, by chance, you do call and get my v/m it's either because I'm on both phone lines or I'm (temporarily) in an area where my phone doesn't get service. But, never fear, I'll get right back to you!
