Anyone else getting walloped in the market lately?
 

Been a rough month or two. Heck, it's been a rough 7+ years under Bush for the market. But this year has really been tough to make any money in. Almost better to just pull out and throw into one of those online savings accounts till things bowl over.

Longs have been massacred, shorts thrived this past year.

not many instances where I would want to be long anytime soon

out since nov07, got some $$$ in oil certificates, but that's about it.

I know a lot of people who thought the last 11 years would have gone a lot differently.

But than you can talk to a lot of other people who will tell you the last 11 years have been great..

Holy fuck this was a bad week.

Historically, this is the 10th worst bear market of all time, as far as the Dow goes.
