at 9:30 last night, is it reasonable to expect that it would have been answered by now? :disgust

If I open one with oc3networks it's answered in a 1/2 hour or less

That's about how long I expected this one to be answered, but I also figured I would give it until morning.

I also put in a second one today telling them to answer my first one and have no answer yet.

yeah OC# answers us within 30 minutes. Sounds like you should make the switch.

I'm already moving some of my sites to Phatservers, but the support ticket is for something I need on their end. I was keeping some other stuff at Reality Check, but at this rate, I might be moving everything.

3-4 hours tops is reasonable, beyond that its a bit much.

nationalnet would answer mine in less than 10 min

phatservers answers in like 2-5 mins

yeah, usually for me natnet has them closed and completed within 10 minutes...it actually is pretty fucking amazing

Yeah Phatservers are quick and normally get the problem fixed first time round :thumbsup !
