If I opened a hosting support ticket...
at 9:30 last night, is it reasonable to expect that it would have been answered by now? :disgust

If I open one with oc3networks it's answered in a 1/2 hour or less

That's about how long I expected this one to be answered, but I also figured I would give it until morning.
I also put in a second one today telling them to answer my first one and have no answer yet. No good. |
