Trailer makers got a question for you
Where do you guys get your beats for your trailers?

Sound Ideas music library. But we have used them all... so your trailers will sound like ours. :(
|
I purchased a couple of royalty free music CDs for under $100 a few years ago and I mix and match clips and some sound effects I sometimes mix in to make audio beds for my trailers.

Their's a MASSIVE online industry of people who make music. Tons of forums full of people who'd want to put their music in porn. Any genre you can think of.

I know it's expensive but music can really help on trailers and movies. Plus if you break it down to say 6 songs a movies (1 per scene, 1 for trailer .. which you usually use more then that)... and say you do 4 movies a month (or 20 scenes and 4 trailers), thats about 288 songs a year. Which brings the cost down to about 17 bucks a song at the most. If your doing more then that ..it really brings it down. xoxo, Megan |
