i'm going to go to the movies tonight and need a good movie to see, whats the best movies out?

We saw "The Ring" last night and it's the best movie I've seen in a while!

I will go to the red dragon tonight.

Transporter is a fun movie. The girl in the movie is an ex-pornstar :Graucho

"the ring" is a re-make of a Japanese movie. The English one looks like a piece of shit from the preview.
First of all "the ring" is supposed to refer to a phone ringing, not an actual ring.
Whats with that angle?
Anyway a friend of mine saw it and said its ok, but not as scary as the orginal.
I wish they just dubbed the orginal movie. Oh well, I'll still watch it next week since I know some people going to see it.

Agreed. The American version is too hollywood'ed up. For example, what's with girl saying "ALL WILL SUFFER" in some stupid whisper voice? In the Japanese version, the girl says NOTHING -- NO LINES (except for a quick line in Ring 2). The only thing associated her is the uber-freaky noise of metal scraping on the floor.

If you really want to see a freaky movie, see the Japanese movie -- people DIED after seeing it.

yes, definately see the original! but I'll still be going to see the re-make...I her it's actually pretty good. I feared the PG13 rating it recieved then realized the original wasn't exactly "extreme' stuff...I mena, it's not like it was one of the guinnea pig movies or anything.....

That oil slick scene was ridiculous...

I like shou Qi or whatever shes called.
I agree the oil part was kinda silly.
The movie had some action though, and was fun to watch.

I went and saw Red Dragon this afternoon. Really good flick but nowhere near as good as Silence of the Lambs.
