ICQ Custom Tones
 

While reading the thread about cell phone ringers I realized that ICQ or AIM should implement that too, so you could assign a choosen contact the melody or sound you wish.
Now feel free to jack off around and jump near your PC if your boss is sending you an instant message and you HEAR that !
