I think the dealer is aware of it, but not sure. I do know for a fact that Ford has seen it, but they have chosen to ignore it.
400,000+ visitors are all real visitors. I take down all the negative comments (read: positive comments), and I leave only the ones where people have problems. Any comments where people say they have no troubles with their Lincoln get vaporized.
