I have actually been warned "off the record" by a cop while at a market fest that technically I could get ticketed for using my electric scooter (think rascal style) if I had an open container. I asked him what about my normal chair and he responded ya if the person wanted to be a dick you still would be in violation and could end up not only with the fines and such, you could loose your "vehicle" to impound. Seriously no shit.

I almost agree.. I just didn't think it was even "barely" funny.

and it's DWI or DUI.. not D(a car)WI. You can get arrested for operating ANY motor vehicle while under the influence.
