100% guarantee a trade if he opens his mouth and says anything bad about his team, coach or organization. He's proven to enough people by now that he's the problem.

If he plays it cool and doesn't have a meltdown he deserves 1 last chance. If he can't take it with a healthy Bynum next year he HAS to go.

Like I've said before if he does go the best fit for the Lakers is to trade with the bulls for the top pick and either Gordon or Hinrich + a big young player.
