If only more Americans would admit they were wrong. Seems to me they'd much rather be wrong 100x in a row, as long as they can save face and not be seen negatively by their peers.

I think a lot of people communicate not by thinking, but by remembering their fondest memory of someone with charisma telling them something they believed in, and repeating it.

There are a couple types who will no doubt vote for him. Republicans who wear their political party like its an identity and people who think voting republican means voting for lower taxes.

Yea I saw the video. It is pretty well done. It may effect some people who vote based on how good someone looks on camera. I will be voting on the issues. I disagree with Obama on every single one of his policy positions.

Obama supports capital gain and payroll tax increases, more regulations on business, gun control, opposition to domestic oil drilling, cap and trade carbon reduction taxes, huge increases in foreign aid, reliance on international law and UN resolutions over US law, and open negotiations with hostile regimes like Iran.

If you agree with these polices then vote for Obama. I don't. :2 cents:

What about policy issues on the adult industry (or the internet as a whole)? McCain has supported legislation that would make it next to impossible to run a social networking site in this country. He has stated that he would put in strict constructionist judges on the Supreme Court. Those judges would vote against any argument that we are free to create porn. He is also against net neutrality and sides with the Telcos.

But I'll vote Obama simply because of the foreign policy blunders of McCain's party (which he supports). The trillion dollar war in Iraq. The "oil will pay for the war" or "we'll be greeted as liberators" bullshit. "There is no civil war" way of thinking. Not knowing the difference in a Sunni and Shia muslim. I'm sorry, but if a guy can be that wrong about something like this, and continue to believe in it, he is too fucking stupid to run this country. No matter how much his opponent will raise my taxes.

I think the video has more to do about how unstable this man can be, both politically and mentally, than how he "looks on camera". Republican voters like to talk about how inexperienced Obama is; but what good are all of McCain's years in politics if is he's going to appear senile and untrustworthy?

You're right, he does support higher taxes....but in order to pay the fucking tax you need to make money first...of which under fucking Republicans damn near no one seems to do.
