So i fucked my BB up again , and I called em and they said we can ship one out to you or we have some locations that handle warratny shit on the spot.... bammm so in NY they are all over and i got a ddress went in and 15 min total got a New BB caused the trackball was fucked no hassles or anything...

Wish we had the exchange stores up here.

Had the touch screen on my Tilt go weird on me about 2 weeks ago. I called Warranty Exchange about 2pm PDT and had my replacement phone the next day by 1pm.
