Is it true that the end of the net is previewed for 2012

Is this shit true.

type in to google "end of the internet 2012" and it comes up with some crazy vids

it's true.. the mayans predicted the end of the internet on dec 21, 2012. it's the last day of their google calendar.

I`m sure there`ll be an alternative for the Internet we already know, but In my opinion the main reason of the change of the Internet is spam and problems with finding quality information.

Not just the end of the net but the end of the world so i hear.

I looked it up on 7th June 2006 (Seeing as the world didnt end on the 6th as it was predicted) and some guy identifid the antichrist. Apparantly if you said his name aloud you would be damned for all eternity. Luckily for me I can't remember his name.

Every day, the last 3000 years, a new prophet predicts the end of something. Stop watching TV and everything will be OK. Your brain is the only thing in danger of destruction.

I sat down with a bornagain christian and taking real life events based on events predicted in the bible to signify the end of days, we predicted that the christian rapture would come sometime before May 15, 2029. And then comes the 7 years of tribulation and then the world ends. And my born again christian friend told me that if the world doesn't end by then he'll take me out for a night of drinking and strippers.

Has it got something to do with IP addresses running out?

Remember when the "world computers" were going to end in 2000?

The internet won't actually end , But I bet the ISP's will get more pricey :)

This is my opinion off course and gawd knows I can be wrong !

ISPs will only get more expensive with faster internet, and at that point all the thinks like DSL and Cable will get a lot cheaper until they phase out. And then the new kind will be priced like DSL is now and something even newer will come out and be more expensive. And it will go like that forever till we can just plug a cord into our brain and log on that way.
