You make some good points, but on this I have to correct you. We are the USA's largest trade partner, yes. And as such we do supply them more oil than any other country, BUT... it's not 90% of their oil, it's more like 30%. And that's 30% of their imported oil of course. Around 40% of US oil is domestic.
