this can easily be solved by making sure to have a / at the end
domain.com/1.0 - doesnt work but domain.com/1.0/ works fine |

Like it or not the web is still based on serving files that have extensions. SEOmoz should know better than to post on stupid URLs. There's a bunch of browsers out there that don't trust web server mime types and would likely choke on URLs like this as well.

I guess it's interesting, but it's as useful as those windows "Bush hid the facts" notepad bugs people have been drooling about for years... obscure information that effects maybe .0000001% of internet users...
