Allegedly. The 13 year old said it wasn't her in the video. She's stated many times even before it went to trial its not her.

And again, they didn't prove beyond a reasonable doubt it was Kelly in the tape, nor did they prove it was the 13yr old.

I'm not saying his innocent or guilty; I wasn't part of the jury that saw the tape. The main points points of interest on the tape that the defense was able to raise that its not R. Kelly is that that the male in the video doesn't have a mole on his back where Kelly clearly has one.

well, there was no evidence whatsoever that it was him on the tape, the girl was deying it was her on the tape, so why would he be found guilty???
