It depends, I would make sure you have all of your info together. It is best to handle it through the court system. If you take something to board you leave yourself open for counter lawsuits for defamation of character. Alot of people think the board will solve all isues and it will not. So many people do not go on the boards just due to the fact that it is filled with alot of senseless drama. Talk to the person, then send a certified letter out, then go from there.

Two possible solutions:
1) You get a nice heavy pipe, and start piping people.
or
2) You ask me to collect it for you :winkwink:
