              I know BlueBlood started in print so they might still publish one and SG launched one a year or so ago.

                          Tough one to find on store shelves around these parts but you might have better luck

                          Bizarre Mag seems to like them too, they have a section for alt girls to send in their amateur pics every month. Also url friendly and widespread distribution http://www.bizarremag.com/
