got a little too much sun the other day.. been hard to work since.. but I manage.

very much.. normally this pain last me a day.. two max.. I remember spending the whole day out in a fishing boat shirtless and be burnt as fuck, but it would only hurt for a day or two.. it been 4 fucking days taking pain killers, cold baths, rubbing aloe all over it.. longest I been shirtless thou since being a fat webmaster lol..

oh man, that looks like a burn i got when i fell asleep on the beach near dawn after partying heavily and woke up round 10am in bahamas.

do not use soap in the shower and get a big bowl of milk and a washcloth. Soak the washcloth with milk and put it on your skin. It will take the heat out.

Ok I promise not to be tricking you, swear!

Take a cool bath and then dampen a towel in cider vinegar. Lay towel or towels over you. It will take away burn and speed process up.

You can even try it on small area without cool bath first if you think I am trying to fuck with you.

I've had that before and I know how you feel. Nothing worse than being sun burned its torture. I got it pretty bad on vacation a couple of years ago all over my torso and legs. I couldn't sleep or go in the sun for 4 days.

picture me in a tub with a bowl of milk and washing myself slowly with a bowl of milk.. thats ice fucking cold.. i felt like i was doing a photoshoot.

looks like it could hurt..I burn super easy and deep which is probably why it is a good thing I live in England.

this is gonna sound a bit weird .. but go get your self some isopropinol alcohol from the pharmacy .. soak a small cloth down and gently cover your self with it .. the premise is "cooling through evaporation" as the alcohol evaporates is will cool your skin down .. taking away the pain very quickly .. try it you'll be very surprised ...

You should see some of the tourists that we see here going to wal mart.
