If each night when my kids go to sleep i can hear someones dumbs ass dog barkig around as they let her run thru the street, and working late i can hear drunk turds coming back home screaming out football slogans, each morning i can see my street filled with 100k cars and each moron places them right over pedestrian zone.... and i meet neigbors and they never say HI back ..

People in the ghetto's I've lived were typically friendlier than around the suburban settings.
