If denied by VISA in the future, no longer use *any* IPSP at all?

If that same ?High Risk? account is closed there after, the account?s owner and/or its operating URL?s will no longer be afforded the future opportunity to register within the umbrella of an IPSP portfolio.
this statement has had me confused for a while now... are they saying that if, in the future, VISA shitcans our account, that we cannot continue to process *other* billing options either, like JCB, Mastercard, etc. w/ a third-party processor either? or, to put it differently, if VISA denies/cancels our merchant status, will the large processors refuse to process for us at all? this seems very unclear, and if so would seem to make signing up for the VISA registration even more unattractive than it already is. ?.

That's what it means, it's called being TMF'd.... added to the terminated merchant file. It's their dirty little blacklist. You'd be surprised how many company owners in our industry are already on it! As we all know, it's doesn't necessarily mean you're a bad person if you can't maintain a 1% level of chargebacks.

this is what I've been saying all along chupa..... this shit is fucked, and there's no way in hell I'm gonna play ball with it. FUck that nonsense.... that was the whole reason for using a 3rd party processor in the first place.
