Mother Fucking Keyword Tool!!!

http://tools.seobook.com/keyword-too...book/index.php

This god damn keyword tool looked better than the first 2 I tried but I found out today that a term I've been SEOing because they said it gets searched a lot really isn't worth a fuck. Is there any keyword tool out there worth a fuck? I think I'm even willing to PAY for it at this point.

Thanks

How about a good keyword tool from Google for free ? :thumbsup
Create a Google adwords account and set up a campaign which will give you keywords they suggest to use for the campaign you setting up. In the process they will suggest some keywords for you to use and target your readers :thumbsup:thumbsup
Once you got the keywords pause the campaign so it never becomes active and you got a free keyword tool from Google that works :winkwink:

just because something gets searched alot doesnt mean it will bring you profit.

the google keyword suggestion tool for adwords is prob the best i have seen because it shows both popularity and advertiser competition so that is usually a good indicator of profit.

It said this term got searched 9,000 times a day. I got up to the first page of google before midnight last night. So far today I have 90 hits. Putting aside your traffic vs money argument their god damn traffic statistic had to be wrong.

Bottom of first page is usually not worth shit, top 3 results probably get 95% of the clicks

hehe, welcome to the land of google, you might be on first page for google.com in pennsylvania, but in colorado you might be on page 2 or 3... in downstate virginia you might not even be showing... and not only is it search results for google.com,
but google.ca googlo.co.uk, googlie.fi, google.pl etc etc etc are you first page there?
It's not over yet... is the term one word.... for example the search term ass might
being in 21,000 searches per day.. this does not mean "ass" it may mean
"ass fucking" "ass raped", "big ass" "my dogs ass is hairy" as so on....
and they are right, top 3 bring in more, because the top 3 usually show in googles
partners sites....

From my experience in ppc marketing if a keyword is searched say 100,000 times, and you're the number 1 spot, don't expect more than 10% of those clicks to your listing. Then don't forget to account for multiple searches and the same user clicking through all pages of listings and whatever other reasons the numbers are skewed. Those volume estimation tools should be used for nothing more than a guage as to which keywords are more valuable than others, nothing more. The volumes are always off.
