NationalNet dedicated server special

We have lowered our prices for a limited time on 10Mbps dedicated servers, as follows:
Intel Core2-Duo Processor
1 GB RAM
2x200 GIG SATA HARD DRIVES
$129 setup
Now Just $349 Per Month

These are for fully managed dedicated servers. Our policy is to answer all support phone calls within 3 rings and tickets within 5 minutes, our current average is less than 3 minutes. Our datacenter is award winning, running on DC power, and we use only teir1 bandwidth to ensure you have the fastest response times to your sites.

To get this new special deal, contact me directly on [email protected] or ICQ 118860760 with your full name/corporate name, address, phone number and contact email address.

Thanks,
Luke

No so much when you factor in the amount of support you get.... When they say "they answer within three rings" they aren't kidding. I've been hosting with National Net for like six or seven years and no matter what time I call them they pick up quickly. I called them last night about a ticket where I had asked them to install the wrong domain name, it was 2am local time for National Net and they picked up mighty damn quick.

Then factor in that one time you go down in the wee hours..... You need someone that's going to be able to take care of your problems, not get voice mail.

National Net rocks, hands down.

What is the purpose of "chilihost" even existing?

Every thread or post you make you mention natnet half a dozen times. I don't get it.

NationalNet purchased ChiliHost some time ago. ChiliHost both the company and it's owner have an excellent reputation so for those who know the branding isn't confusing.

:thumbsup

Actually, Chilihost is not owned by NationalNet. In fact, Chilihost is a totally separate company based in Curacao with its hosting services in Amsterdam. It is TRULY offshore. NationalNet provides support for Chilihost customers through a contractual agreement between the two companies.

BTW, anyone that offers you "offshore hosting" but bills you in US dollars is not truly offshore. Being an European company, Chilihost bills in Euros.

Hope this helps.

i love natnet :)

kektex 06-09-2008 04:08 PM

Looks great.
What if I wanted to add some sort of control panel to that so I can add domains, etc.?
I would feel really useless sending in a ticket every time just to add a domain hehe...

BTW, the chilihost.nl link on http://www.chilihost.com/ goes to a parking page.

domain tickets usually take less then 10 min's to do so what do you need a control panel for ?

See...this is where we are different. We don't offer control panels because we do everything (and I do mean EVERYTHING except build your site) for you. We become your IT department and bring an extreme level of industry understanding to your business. We work closely with all the affiliate program people and the processors as well and have direct communication with most of them.

Basically, we free you up to focus on your business and you never have to deal with a server issue again.

We also don't do tiered support. At 3 AM on Christmas morning you can call and talk to a tech that can immediately take care of you.

We host Penthouse, Hustler, Naughty America, OCCash, Karups, LightSpeed, PlatinumBucks, SpaCash, Shemp, AL4A, Twistys, TripleXCash, TeenRevenue, and Shaw Internet?just to name a few and they all enjoy the fact that they never have to worry about a thing. :-)

I like to say that "until you have had the NationalNet experience, you cannot understand the NationalNet experience" :)

I couldn't agree more, no other hosting company comes close when it comes to the Natnet difference.

Funny I never see this mentioned in any of chilihost's posts. That would make sense were it explained that way.

All I ever see is him talking about natnet servers, natnet support, and natnet's data center....which is fine, but then why have the other company at all?

Very expensive. There are many other hosts that have just as good support and much better pricing in my opinion.:2 cents:

HunkyLuke 06-12-2008 02:33 PM

I've actually had to make a Christmas tech call once.... picked up just as fast as on any other day. National Net rocks.
