I went to the apple store today to buy a new mighty mouse. I thought i go with the cable version because iam always to lazy to buy batteries for the wireless.
Just got home and trying to dock this mouse into my mac and i realise the cable is like 10cm!! fucking 10cm!! The cable is shorter then a cock!!:mad::mad::mad:

Isn't it supposed to plug into your keyboard?

i have a wireless for sale, i keep my old logitech laptop mouse. the mighty mouse does mighty suck

Yeah, it is.... but it's stupid short.

Why anyone would buy a wired version is beyond me though , it feels like a toy
The batteries in the wireless one give it a real nice weight and they last for months.

LOL...yeah the cord is way too short. Never liked the standard mouse for the Apple, too small of my hands, plus after using it for a long period of time it gets uncomfortable. Get an after market mouse and keyboard.

Months is also how long the Not-So-Mighty Mouse's stupid scroll ball works until the dirt and gunk gets in there and stops it from working. I bought another one thinking that the first one was defective, but no, they all are.

This thread is worthless without naked pictures of Jens and the mighty mouse in his ass...

I have the wireless mighty mouse after a few months of use I decided I can't stand it.

1) You have to wait for the mouse to connect to the computer after sleeping etc.
2) The scroll ball stopped working only after a month.
3) You can't rest both fingers on the mouse it confuses the sensor for the dual buttons.
4) for some reason I find it hard to do precision movements with the mighty mouse..

I haven't used the mouse in like 4 months so I forget the rest of the problems..

I went back to my wired logitech.. it's badass...

You realise just because you're on a Mac you don't actually have to have a mighty mouse? My MM scrollball stopped working after a year or so and unless you want to smash it open there's no way to get inside and clean the thing!

It looks all nice and shiny white sitting on the side though!

The scrollball is easy to clean. Just unplug your mouse, and roll it on a wetwipe or paper towel with solvent repeated with a little pressure for a minute or so and it will work fine again.

Yah the sensor must get dirty but..

I also had another problem.. The scrollball had 2 "feels" as it "rolled" depending on how I touched it.

Smooth or Gritty.. Gritty the ball would work.. Smooth.. the ball wouldn't work..

I got no help from apple on replacing it so I said fuck it..

I am a massive mac whore, but the mighty mouse is shit. Logitech ftw.

But the short cable is cos you should be plugging it into your keyboard, not your mac.
