Beautiful photos of Alaska backcountry - flying in a Super Cub.
 

Was browsing SuperCub.org and found some sad news about the pilot who took all of these photos, he was killed in a crash a few days ago while bush flying in Alaska, really sucks. His dad makes a pretty moving post in the thread.

Pictures like that remind me of my trips to the Canadian Rockies. You look at them, and your head thinks that they are too beautiful to be real, that your eyes must be playing tricks on you.

Sad to find out that he is dead and how he died. I would love to go to Alaska and take pictures of the scenery but I am scared of those small planes.

Seriously beautiful pictures. I am more interested in seeing Alaska than I am Hawaii ..though both are a tad far from where I live.
