Converting Gif to MOV or Gif to AVI
 

I am working on a flash design project and wondering about ways I could easily convert Gif files to Mov or AVi. I do know of a few ways to do this, but was just wondering what you guys might think the best was.

I would really appreciate any help, as this kind of stuff is not very common from what I am gathering.
