ccBill's VISA registration form, M.I.??!~
..just noticed that ccBill had finally set up the VISA registration form to load when you log into their admin system... here's the body of it, some of it seems ominous...

The Sponsored Merchant being registered holds a valid business license in the United States. The Sponsored Merchant being registered pays applicable United States taxes relating to the sales processed through CCBill. I understand that CCBill has no control over the acceptance or denial of this application by Visa and or the acquiring banks and that the acceptance of this registration form by CCBill does not guarantee that I will be approved to accept Visa transactions by Visa and or the acquiring banks and if not accepted, CCBill is not liable to me for any damages that I may incur from the lack of approval. If I am approved by Visa and the acquiring banks: I agree to indemnify CCBill, its officers, directors, shareholders, affiliated entities and persons, employees, agents, representatives and attorneys for any liability it may incur, including attorney's fees, as a result of any misrepresentation I make on this form. I agree to abide by all Visa operating rules, and I understand that at any time Visa or the acquiring banks can require CCBill to stop processing Visa transaction for my account without prior notice to me, and that if that should happen, I have no recourse legal or otherwise to CCBill for any damages I might incur. I also understand that should Visa or the acquiring banks require CCBill to discontinue accepting transactions for my account the fees paid for registration are non-refundable in whole or in part, and I understand that parties other than CCBill set the sponsored high risk merchant registration costs, and that CCBill may amend the registration fee if those other parties change the sponsored high risk merchant registration costs. If my application is approved, CCBill agrees to rebate the fee to me in the following manner: The rebate applies to new transactions only, not rebills. The rebate will be calculated on new transactions that occur beginning two (2) calendar weeks after November 15, 2002, or the beginning of processing Visa transactions which ever occurs last and will be included in the weekly settlement 2 weeks later. The rebate will be equal to CCBill?s processing fee % as specified in our contract with you. CCBill will pay the rebate for a maximum of 39 weeks or until the registration fee has been completely rebated, which ever occurs first. If my registration is not accepted, CCBill will refund my application fee. So what exactly do you do if you are a foreign citizen without a passport or a USA drivers license? I asked Ibill about this one two days ago and no reply, can CCBill answer?

neither of those things have anything to do with running a porn site all they wanna do is add more details about you to a giant database of personal information |

this is interesting, this is supposed to be standardized. The ibill form is not like the ccbil form. Now if Visa was the one who wanted this and it was Visas form wouldnt they all look the same?
