technical help please with avi's
 

Hi all

Just a little problem one of my members is having and I cant solve it. He is trying to view avi' movies on my site and is unable to, he is the only member having this problem.
I got him to d/l codecs for windows media player, d/l real media player, divx player.....nothing has worked.
Anyone got any other ideas please????

What version of Media Player is he using? If it's 9 Beta, I can tell you that that's the problem right there. Also, this may sound silly... but is he on a PC or Mac?
