Can someone make me this for cheap? It can be seen here on this site. Not really sure what it's called but when you go to the page you will see it at the bottom righthand corner. It's Javascript but thats all I know. Thanks.

I can give you all kinds of free scripts that will do that but you are going to have to tweak the code abit..
