REALLY REALLY DIG the first one, if she had long ears id swear this was in lord of the rings or some shit, nice hair light...

the second though i dont find flattering, its the eye shadow, it looks great in the first but not so well ( to me ) in the second...

her pupils are very closed, i'd guess a ringflash in the first pic?
if she was looking into a reflector she would be squinting more..
i prefer the second pic btw.. i am not a huge fan of "almost" blown highlights, it takes away from the 3 dimensional of a photo.
nice girl though, love to see more samples.
