It could go either way. It sounds like if it doesn't go his way he will have plenty of grounds for an appeal though.

That's what I was thinking.

Also I think any jury issues have to be good for Max. If they were all aghast at his movies they would have voted fast. Obviously there are some people on his side which has to help him out at least a little bit.

imho opinion, it means that they have probably found him guilty on the 10 lesser charges, but are deadlocked on the 10 more serious.... thats why they are asking if the 10 agreed upon would stand.. so, at least he would get some form of punishment to appease the jurors that want guilty on the other 10 versus the ones that dont...

but, thats just my take on it from my infinite experience of watching runaway jury and court tv...
