Our servers are in Ca. but they load so freakin' slow from here it is raining complaints. For months now so we need to make drastic changes.

Loads instantly for me???

Could be it loads very fast for NON EU users.
Servers guys say it it because of the ISP, but almost everybody i talk to here in NL has the same slow experience.

Might be we need to move our dutch projects to dutch servers.

Loads fast for me.. currently in Aachen (.de)

I'm from the UK in the EU and it loads in just over a second for me, no problems there...
