Listen to this, everyone in the Bush Administration is pardoned for any war crimes that anyone in his administration "may have made" in regards to turture and "mistreatment" of people held in US custody.
Bush is a nasty mother fucker.
Basically getting a free ride to walk away from all the shit he's done as president.

Still... dated Jan 18th. Yesterday's news. This legislation never passed. ACLU celebrated. Was a good day for all that support citizen 's rights, imho.
