however the result would be the same. But if im gonna take the question seriously im guessing some kind of severe political action would be taken if they discovered only about 40 people out of 300 million voted. Possibly a faction who doubted the entire democratic system would come into being due to popular demand. Dictatorship by demand.. sounds swell. |
