Well not really a drama... just needed to get your attention.

Looks like someone got a hold of my virtual visa number and made a $400 order in some store... Im using epassporte for like four years and this never happened to me before. Have any of you guys who had their virtual card jacked had success in getting those money back? Already sent message to almighty Michael O but he isnt online now...

call the place where the card was used. Since it was the virtual card it was used online so maybe the item has not been shipped and they can just refund you.

They had to get a hold of his virtual account number, expiration date, and name on the card. That's info you do not want to get around.

No idea man. Never gave it to anyone, never sent via email or anything like that. Didnt use it online too much as well, maybe about 5 sites incuding domain registrars...

Same happened to me, but for like $100, no success in getting the money back though.

I sent him a msg once regarding my personal epass acct, said he will look into the problem and get back to me right away... its been 9 months and I'm still waiting... lol.

I find that hard to believe. Michael is one of the best support guys I've ever dealt with. Everytime I've ever asked him for something he's always helped me out. But if he never got back to you, maybe you should have reminded him of what the problem was. :2 cents:

I did... Ended up having that issue resolved by someone else there, so no biggy.

I just called them up about another problem, since the support guy didnt speak english, I'm just gonna call my contact there tomorrow during normal biz hours.
