Program Owners -- Feedback Please?
 

I am about to open first pay site in Asian niche. We also have a lot of non-Asian Babe and Girl-Next-Door types as well... We have 40 plus models and shoot our own unique content...

If you were to open a new program today, in the current state of on-line business around the world...

Would you:

1. Make standard membership site.
2. Make all PPV - let visitors pick and choose what they want by purchasing tokens.
3. A combo of membership and PPV...

And why would you make that choice? Imagine you have no paysites now and this is your first venture...

My gut is telling me to move away from membership...

I am open to all points of view, strategies, etc...

I would suggest a combo, with an emphasis on PPV with a geo-targeted call-to-action in the surfer's native language, particularly for the Asian niche which should attract a disproportionate amount of Asian traffic:thumbsup
