Which is better? A Nevada llc or corporation? I have a company that can give me a shelf llc today with EIN and bank account established and ready to go for 2,000 with corporate office package and nominee service (using another LLC).

NCH is a rip off. they start by quoting you 6,000 then you gotta
whittle them down

can you give me a contact of the company as I'm in the need of a Nevada Corporation also. I heard from many parts that you should open a Corporation. The reasons I'll post in some hours as I'm on the run now. I'm just still looking for a reasonable priced company who set me Corp up.

I heard that having a Nevada coorporation is a thin coorporate veil and the IRS will easily pierce through it... anyone?

The IRS will pierce through anything. You either accept that or you walk away to Globill or whomever.
