The 2257 on the main site gives the proper details etc, some Czech Republic address, but still. Would you risk putting that (in particular, that gallery) to your users?

What makes it legal? The fact they slapped a 2257 statement on it.. They are in the Czech Republic could be 14 for all you know. You have to have a certian amount of "trust" in the programs, because as an affiliate you really have no clue if they are legit or not.

IMHO the difference between a skinny and young looking eastern european 18 year old in a normal situation, and a girl done up with braces/pigtails/teddy bears/kiddie bedroom is like chalk and cheese.

First of all, each and every male or female model was 18 or older at the time of shootings. And of course we have IDs scans and releases.

The fact that some model looks young or very young is very individual... For one he/she is very young, for me they all look like they should look at the age of 20-21.

We do not make any specific things to create any underage atmosphere on our sites (like teddy bears, special makeup, etc.) and I think this is disgusting. But if a model is in legal age and he/she wants to perform in adult shooting, why he/she cannot? Just because someone may think he / she looks too young?

I look at it this way too... if the law decides they want to nail someone for CP, who do you think will get their 2257 records checked first? The site full of mostly 20 year looking babes, or the site with the girls dressed up as if they're about 13? The rumors of Galitsin's arrest and subsequent death are very probably true. He was charged with rape and under-age activities that would have put him in prison for 15 years or more. The Russian government is investigating the cause of death, which apparently occured in jail.

The charges were brought by one of his models and have been substantiated by other girls who claim he would buy them a ticket to come to him, pay them about $10/day and only give the girls a return ticket home when he was finished with them after a few weeks. All Galitsin sites are now closed.
