Looking for a program to promote? 50-50 revshare around 1:200 ratio - [stats pic]

Hi,

I haven't done a recruitment drive for a while :)

If you have amateur / cam / type traffic - then why not try promoting NewbieNudes.com

We convert around 1:100 - 1:200 for most affiliates, it's very unsaturated and appeals to Amateur / Dating / Cam type traffic.

Screen shot below of one of our typical affiliates stats.

Cheers,

I would presume 30.00 a month membership, 15.00 = 50/50 (before any processor fee's). However do those cash and direct deposit joins remain in play for affiliate traffic?

tical 05-30-2008 09:03 PM

all non recurring membership options?

Re: processor fees - we wear them totally - on a $30 sale you get $15.

Cash and Direct Deposit Joins are no different - you of course get credit.

Looks like if someone wanted to promote at least some of the content you have on there, they could just sign up for SpookyCash:

A simple search for most popular images in my niche immediately yielded my work on your site.

How about you throw SpookyCash a little traffic or something to make up for it.

Hi,

One thing we DON'T tolerate is stolen content. We do have rouge members that post stuff they like from the web - and it is removed immediately it is reported.

If you sepnd some time on the site you will see that is the case.

Cheers

Ah, yes, the rogue affiliate defense. Let's pretend we are all professionals here and know what that means. You are using my content without my permission. The most cursory glance at your site's content pulled up my work. Do you really want to pay my hourly rate for me to spend some time on your site? That's silly. All I've asked so far is that you send my sites some traffic to make up for misusing my intellectual property.

I'm not up here asking who knows how to serve an Australian PO Box like Po Box 111, Sydney, New South Wales 2000, AUSTRALIA or ringing you up at 61299994444 to complain, so could you just be a little cool about it?

Are you your own processor? Any references on payouts?

Where did I say rouge affiliate? Please familiarise yourself with what you are talking about before you make such claims. Affiliates don't send ANY content to our site.

We have over 4,000 user submitted images a day, from over 1.5 Million members. They are USER SUBMITTED. We can only take down pics that are obviously copyrighted after we are alerted to them. Every single photo has an alert moderator button for that purpose, and we have over 40 ppl on the other end of that button.

Thanks for the hostility too - nice to meet you.

Iron Fist 05-30-2008 11:58 PM

Not off to a good start here... but good luck I guess.

Sebastian Sands 05-31-2008 12:05 AM

Some of our images on there as well :(

Wow, a bit hostile don't you think? Mik has been around for a long time, and his site is one of the best of it's kind... If all his content is user submitted and the watermarks have been cut, how is he or his staff really to know, beyond having the reporting features that they do?

The internet is just going to get more and more community and "user-submitted" oriented, attacking the owners of extremely successful sites instead of working with them isn't going to get you anywhere.

You said rogue member (well technically rouge member, but I'm not the spelling police) not rogue affiliate, but people on GFY generally refer to claiming lack of responsibility for that sort of thing as the rogue affiliate defense.

I don't think I've been hostile at all. I pointed out that you were using my content on your site without permission and asked you to make a good will gesture and send me some traffic to make up for it. In point of fact, my content is apparently some of the most popular on your site. A lot of people would be on here all freaking out and I'm just asking that you make some kind of gesture of good will to indicate that the infringement was not done with ill intent on your part.

Please take a look at the image I posted. The BarelyEvil watermark is clearly under the one for his site and the copyright notice with my name on it is teensy on the bottom.

I didn't swear at him or send him a C&D or even a DMCA. All I asked for was that he, as you put it, work with me.

Ah sorry, I never saw an image, I guess it was already deleted when I saw this thread. One doesn't need to swear to be hostile, but posting addresses and processing details is a mild way of being threatening. I just thought you came across a bit strong when I know Mik doesn't even want other sites content on his network... If I had to deal with the volume of submissions he gets I'd go crazy. The saddest part about this is those members are trying to pass off your content as pics of themselves...

I think the image was still in my cache, so I could still see it.

Anyway, Mik is taking care of everything and looks like you are right, fuzebox, and he is a stand-up guy :thumbsup

You read too much into one screenshot. April was a slow month, but sales picked up in May and June has started out well.

Mik, get someone to respond to my emails please.

No - just that particular affiliate slowed down his traffic to us.

Our May was up on April and as Garce says June is looking good so far - not that 3 days tells much!
