HomegrownVideo is hiring for the following full-time positions:

(1) Sr. programmer
Must have at least 3 years experience with the following languages/environments:

LAMP working environment
PHP 4/5
MySQL
Smarty templating
XML
Javascript
Ajax
Perl/CGI
Experience with the Carma Content Management System is a plus but not required.

Must be able to take direction well as well as provide direction to Jr programmers as required. Must be skilled in working in a fast paced, team environment. Must be able to handle pressure and multiple projects at once and be able to self prioritize to get things accomplished. Pay will greatly depend on geographic location and skill sets. Preferred in-house in Irvine, California but all applicants will be considered.

(2) Jr. programmer
Must have at least 1 year experience with the following languages/environments:

LAMP working environment
PHP 4/5
MySQL
Smarty templating
XML
Javascript
Ajax
Perl/CGI
Experience with the Carma CMS is a plus but not required.

(1) General webmaster
Must have at least 2 years experience in the following environments/software:

LAMP working environment
Understanding of how to install/upgrade standalone PHP software
Understanding of how a CMS system works (Experience with Carma specifically a bonus)
Understanding of how Wordpress works
Proficient with FTP
Proficient with *nix shell access (SSH) to manipulate files by command line
HTML
CSS
Javascript is a plus
Experience with Apache web server configurations and htaccess a plus

Responsibilities will include importing and scheduling content for various members sites, installing or upgrading various scripts such as Wordpress, vBulletin or any other pre-packaged software packages deployed on our web servers. Working closely with the video department to ensure that video updates are available, working closely with description writers to ensure that video scenes are properly described. Making updates to HTML and CSS within website templates when required.

Must be able to take direction well as well as provide direction to other departments as required. Must be skilled in working in a fast paced, team environment. Must be able to handle pressure and multiple projects at once and be able to self prioritize to get things accomplished. Pay will greatly depend on geographic location and skill sets. Preferred in-house in Irvine, California but all applicants will be considered.

(1) Graphics designer
Must have at least 2 years adult industry specific experience designing creative marketing materials.

CSS
HTML
Javascript
Photoshop
Flash a plus
DHTML a plus
Experience with Carma and Smarty Template integration a plus
Experience with Wordpress template integration a plus

Responsibilities will include paysite tour designs, paysite members area templates, marketing creatives (banners, fhg, fpas, hpas, etc), blog templates.

Must be able to take direction well, must be able to meet deadlines, must be organized, must be able to prioritize multiple projects, must work well on their own or in a team environment.

All positions will require you to provide 3 references and samples of previous work for consideration (Where applicable). Looking to fill all positions ASAP. i cant see you guys finding employes with such requirements/demands on GFY or any board for that matter... even your designer position is not just doing design work.... these requirements are going to warrant a lot of money to get talent...

unless you guys are offering some serious $$$ espcially for position #1, I had an opening for the same such position for $90,000 here in NY and had a hard time filling it. But i see you do want the applicant to use LAMP which i do find to be humorous....

Our pay scale is very competitive, we already have employees who meet these expectations (and even exceed), we`re simply looking to expand our team to the standards to which we`ve become accustomed. While we may not find them on GFY, someone on GFY may know someone who does have the required skills. Thanks for your comments, have a great day. :upsidedow
