Obama, more of Bush?
I am wondering if anyone has noticed how Obama keeps harping about bringing change to the new administration, wouldn't you think his own campaign would be better if he started there? Instead of a head campaign manager who helped get Bush voted into office in 2000 he should have picked a democratic oriented campaign manager instead and maybe then I would try to believe him.
Also isn't his wife fair game, since she is part of his campaign, so why would people back off and not ask her difficult questions (unless she really doesn't know)? And then, how is his campaign to quit smoking going? If he can't even master that, how is he going to master leading our country? Nah too many 'strange' things happening around him, he's just a soft republican and will spend his entire presidency informing us that he didn't vote to go to war, eventhough that was only since he wasn't 'big' enough to vote for or against it at that time. If he would have been able to he would either have stayed home and not voted or voted for it, like every other sucker who was lied to by Bush. We need change but there is no indication someone with experience cannot bring change. Hillary has proven many times that she can be convinced to do the right thing, even when originally she wasn't too keen to do so, that is real change. Just getting so upset with this whole Obama idiology, people seem to be afraid to call him on his ways. I for one don't trust him as far I he can rollerblade. |
But really how far can you throw a rollerblade?
|
exactly, not very far.
|
Quiting smoking = leading our country. Good one.

I still believe Hillary will be the candidate- and I also believe that she is the only chance that we have at fixing *some things*.
1) Oil + Futures market including CORN 2) Mortgate Crisis 3 ) Legalizing weed :pimp Maybe not 3- I dont think the county is soooo stupid to vote for Obama... pray for rain on Election Day- because most of the supporters will be afraid to blow their fros and stay indoors. word. |

Change what fucking change?
He hasn't said one fucking peice of change that he will do... and he isn't about too till he gets elected president... At that time people will have buyers remorse... Oh shit we voted for him and he wants to do what? Obama has voted present instead of voting over 100 times on legislation when isn't it your job to vote? I mean thats people voted for you to do right? Otherwise give us our tax dollars back and janitor can do your job. Maybe it's just me, but I like knowing what I am getting into and would prefer to vote for something I know vs something I don't. He would make a better televangelist becuase thats all he is good for, TALK! People want action and not talk! And the bastard is no different than anyone else in washington... so don't expect much change... |
The ONLY similarity is that the press seems afraid to ask hard questions or use their own brains.
For instance, remember when Obama got permission from his friend to use parts of his speech? NO big deal in practice for a politician to do that. But that was during the time frame where Obama's huge talking point was that he is not a typical politician (he only first got elected 8 years ago to any office after all), yet all the press did was lead us for days down the wrong path by only asking "was it plagiarism". Missed the point. Second instance was when Obama had the closed fundraiser for admittedly wealthy people in San Fransisco. This is where he mentioned people clinging to guns and religion. During this time frame, Obamas huge talking point was superior judgment. The press lead us for days down the path of "is he elitist?" rather than questioning just how bad your judgment must be to be on the doorstep of the silicon valley, with wealthy people, and thinking that you are not being recorded. Horrible judgment. Dont forget, the day after he said those remarks he forcefully reitterated that what he'd said, he MEANT. It was only 2 days later on Monday where he regrettfully admitted that he'd "mangled" his words. But again, this is ALL beside the point: his judgment was atrociously bad. Now lets touch on his Wright problem just for a second. Did you know that 12 months ago, the NY Times did an interview with Wright where Wright said that he and Obama had discussed the fact that at some point, Obama would have to distance himself from Wright? Of course you probably did NOT know that, since YOU would actually have to go and look for it online. It has NOT been reported. So yes, I see that one similarity between Bush and Obama: the general national TV media are idiots. |
Obama sucks
|
Hell Bill Cosby would make a better candidate than obama!
At least he calls it like it is... Colin Powell / Bill Cosby Baby! |
April, 2007
"?If Barack gets past the primary, he might have to publicly distance himself from me,? Mr. Wright said with a shrug. ?I said it to Barack personally, and he said yeah, that might have to happen.?" http://www.nytimes.com/2007/04/30/us...pagewanted=all Why didnt it get reported when the whole Wright thing came out that they'd discussed this a year ago? It was shocking to Obama, remember? Hmm.. or maybe it wasn't really. His new priest is working out huh? :1orglaugh |
Obama is going to keep the "no child left behind" program in place. We all know how well thats working. Lets throw billions more into a failed program :thumbsup
|
I think that program is "no childs test score left too low". Kinda like how we treat veterans in VA hospitals with paint falling off the walls. Hey, if the paperwork is done right, and the funding comes in, fuck it.
|
And Obama has no plans on pulling out troops of Iraq :thumbsup
And his plan to save the dollar? :Oh crap This is change we can kinda get behind if we believe the propaganda :1orglaugh Quote:

Better than that senile crook Mccain who cant help but make himself look stupid everytime a microphone is in his face. Plus Mccain knows very little about running anything but his mouth. Its hard to say, but he is actually more dumb than Bush.

Now why would he want to lay claim on delegates in a state he REMOVED himself from the ballot? No one forced him to remove himself so now he cries faul? Just a little baby, Bush all over again. Can we say hanging chads?

I think people use Rev wright as the excuse because they dont want to vote for a black man for president. Other ministers have said alot worse and they were attached to the white house and the fool was still voted back in. The asshole john mccain finally disowned, mccain spent a year courting that guy his endorsement.
Think about it if this is the best that got on obama what someone else fucking said,he is pretty clean. |
while everyone is on the pastor thing.... that last guy that pissed off everyone, the white visitor pastor to his church that made fun of Hillary. I think he was pretty dead on as he made fun of her, as much as the media wants to make it like its a huge deal and so wrong.
