Incorporate in UK or Gibralter
 

Can someone please tell me which one is better in terms
1. Friendly to adult business
2. Tax liability locally (UK or GIB) I intend to pay taxes where I live anyways.
3. Ease of set up

If anyone has any pointers to any good companies that can do it, please let me know as well.
