Well now paypal has officially sent notice regarding the fees set forth by both Visa, and Mastercard.

At least Paypal is only charging the amount required by both and not trying to bend us over and... well you know.

James the fee structure is the same.

$750 for visa and $1000 for mastercard.
But it is from paypal that we heard of the MC charge first.
Why are the others only mentioning the $750 fee right now?
To get us to pay that and then mention "Oh and we need another grand for MC"?

Again, this is ONLY a Visa USA thing. It does not seem to affect most offshore places. We have talked to at least 12 billers that are not going to be affected by this shit. And if you contact Visa directly about it, you get "you need to contact your bank to see if it affects you."
