NoCreditCard

I've been using NoCreditCard dialer, and its been converting pretty well for me.

I was wondering if any of you use them and could answer my question concerning how they pay.

My friend is supposed to get paid today but they are asking for some number in this invoice. He says he doesn't know what number it is. Do any of you know?

"About the registration number, it is for fiscal & legal reasons, that you
register in your locality
for doing business. It is the number that the
authorities have given you that we require.
This may be important for VAT (MwSt) reasons as
you are invoicing to a foreign company."

Thanks,
Lava

Its the VAT registration number that you get when you register your company with the local tax-office. Which country are you in? And which country is NoCreditCard dialer in?

OK here is the deal with what they want and the reasoning behind it.
They want your friend to provide them with the company number (in USA it's the EIN or England it is the company number) really any place in the world that you have a company, it will be issued some type of number to identify the company for tax purposes. The reason they want the number is that it covers their ass with the tax man in their country. It is my understanding that they have to have the tax number for the person (company) in another country to avoid being liable for the tax on that money. It is this way so as to avoid two things:
1. The guy that owns the company sending money out of the country to himself or a fake entity untaxed and keeping it in another country.
2. That you pay the tax on the monies earned to your own government.

United States.

Ha, I don't think he even has a business license. Can he get away with simply putting his Social Security Number?

Just put some kind of fake number in your invoice ;)

I did that 2 years ago when I was using NCC, never had problems with it

Lava 10-17-2002 03:39 AM

LOL, thats funny. I'll be putting my business number when I get paid though. ;)

Lava 10-17-2002 03:39 AM

I live within Eu and i use them and i donīt have any company so i made a deal with their accounting department that i can use passport`s number as a registration number.
Their billing support is very helpful and your friend should contact them directly and not search some bullshitinfo from boards:thumbsup
