So, what the hell is with this BS. Who's to say that a "Sponsored Merchant" can't farm out their account to other webmasters? Visa would never know, MC would never know...

I mean, if you pay your $15,00000.00 registration fees in full, and sell memberships to webmasters for a monthly fee, and process their signups etc... who the hell is going to stop you from doing that?

I mean, for every "SUB" level they throw... You can always start up a new "lower-level" system.

Anyone else thinking this?

thatd be VISA/MC ... its just as illegal as letting the chinese place next door run a line thru ur wall and swipe cards on the terminal at ur pizza place

entering card #s for the customer is fraud ... just like u can't sign up w/ a bunch of card #s to ibill for ur customers cause they 'want' 2 be subscribed
