CANON EOS Lens question

For you photographers out there with some experience - I want to get a lens that covers aprox. 14-200mm + range and wonder what my best options are. Anyone have this and if so, what do you recommend and where to buy (online)?

Thanks!

This is about as close as you are going to get for what you want;

Yes, that looks good. Any idea about the quality of the TAMRON lenses for Canon?

I don't have any experience with Tamron.

Sorry.

As a general rule, the more range you have the less optical quality you have. I switch between the 28-70/2.8L and the 70-200/2.8L. Great lenses.

Very true Brandon, but I am too lazy to bring so much STUFF with me so I would rather get ONE GOOD lens. :2 cents::thumbsup

A 24-300mm 2.8L would be nice but damn expensive!
